Refund & Returns Policy

Returns

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
• The item must be in the original packaging
• Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided

Items that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a return.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

• Gift cards
• Items marked as final sale
• Used, worn, or damaged items not caused by manufacturing defects

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and the amount will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a few business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet, please check the following:

• Review your bank account again
• Contact your credit card company as processing time may vary
• Contact your bank as there may be a delay before the refund is officially posted

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact our support team for assistance.
